The Price of Your Stay Includes

Electricity, heating, prepared beds with duvets, (changed weekly if your stay is for more than one week) towels and tea towels and cleaning after you leave.

There is a welcome pack on your arrival including of milk, butter, bread, eggs, tea and coffee, breakfast cereal and pasta.

Wireless broadband is available without charge in the Old Farmhouse.

Logs for the wood burner are available at £5 per load

Arriving and Leaving

Whenever possible and if we know your likely time of arrival, we are there to greet you.

You may arrive at or after 4.00 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, please tell us at the time of booking and we will let you know whether it will be possible. We ask that you vacate by 10.00 a.m. on the final day to allow us to clean the house before the next guests arrive.

Although we would ask that you keep the house in a reasonably clean and tidy state during your stay and place all rubbish in the dustbins provided before leaving, the final clean is included in the price of your holiday. You are responsible for the cost of any breakage or damage in or to the accommodation - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by you or your party.

Dogs

Well trained dogs (maximum of two) are accepted in the cottages, on the condition that they are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture, and especially the beds, nor left unattended in the cottages.   A charge of £15 per week or part of will be made for each dog (guide dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for profoundly deaf people excepted).   No other domestic pets can be accepted.

Bicycles

We have teenage and adult size bicycles available for hire.

Fishing

There is a pond for fishing well stocked with large Carp, and rods are available.

CD, Video and DVD

There are CD/Radios, Video Cassette Recorders and a DVD player in each property and TVs in each bedroom.

Other Useful Information

The properties have a washing machines / tumbler dryers and dish washers. There are under cover or outdoor washing lines.

The properties are NO SMOKING within, but there are 55 acres of fresh air for those who do smoke.

Cwmcarvan Farm Holidays reserves the right to refuse any booking.

Short Breaks

Short breaks are a really popular option out of season, and offer exceptional value. They are for a minimum of three nights, and by booking the extra night, even if you decide not to use it, it means you can have the cottage for the whole extra day so you can choose your own departure time.

Short break pricing is straightforward. It is based on the full week price in which the break begins, divided by 7 and multiplied by the number of nights booked plus a £45 supplement. In school holiday times, the minimum short break is four days.
