The Price of Your Stay Includes

Thee cottage is prepared to "Hotel standard" including prepared beds with duvets, (changed weekly if your stay is for more than one week) towels and tea towels and cleaning after you leave. There is central heating, and outside summer months the Raeburn is lit.

WiFi is available without charge.

Logs for the wood burner in the sitting room are £6 per basket

Short Breaks

Short breaks are a really popular option out of the high season. They are for a minimum of three nights, and by booking the extra night, even if you decide not to use it, it means you can have the cottage for the whole extra day so you can choose your own departure time.

Short break pricing is based on the nightly rate as a divide of the full week plus a £45 short stay supplement.

Arriving and Leaving

Whenever possible we like to be available to greet you.

Cottage availability is normally 4.00 p.m. and vacation by 10.00 a.m. on the final day.  Alternative times by agreement, with flexibility whenever possible.

Although we ask that you keep the house in a reasonably clean and tidy state during your stay and place all rubbish in the dustbins provided before leaving, the final clean is included in the price of your stay. You are responsible for the cost of any breakage or damage in or to the accommodation - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by you or your party.

Dogs

Well trained dogs (maximum of two) are accepted in the cottages, on the condition that they are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture, and especially the beds, nor left unattended in the cottages.   A charge of £15 per week or part of will be made for each dog (guide dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for profoundly deaf people excepted).   No other domestic pets can be accepted.

Bicycles

We have teenage and adult size bicycles available for hire.

Fishing

There is a pond for fishing well stocked with large Carp, and rods are available.

TV, CD, radio and DVD

There are CD/Radios and digital freeview TV each bedroom.

Other Useful Information

The property has a washing machine / tumbler dryer and dish washer. There is under cover or outdoor washing lines.

The property is NO SMOKING within, but there are 55 acres of fresh air for those who do smoke.
